• All items should be unused and in brand new condition

• All return/exchange products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in the original unused condition, tags and packaging intact, otherwise the same will not be accepted for return/exchange

• You can return/exchange the product(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase

• We have a 30 days warranty against manufacturing defects. Any product received damaged or not as per the order specifications needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• We will require up to 15 days from the day you return the product for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete
