Accidents happen all the time ! Any item damaged during shipping procedure will be replaced immediately. We will require you to mail us on email@example.com with a picture of the damaged package and the product at the moment of arrival along-with your invoice .
We do have a return and exchange policy. If unsatisfied, we request you to initiate return within 30 days . Kindly mail us requesting return of the product on firstname.lastname@example.org , we will revert back with the necessary steps. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refund of the amount but exchange for a store credit, if its intact with all the tags and receipts in place. The shipment cost for the exchange and return would be borne by the consumer.
